Intro
Ninni Johnsson, the founder of the Swedish shoe manufacturer Cinnamon, had a clear vision from the beginning. She wanted to create stylish footwear with a focus on foot health
In 2009, she launched her first collection of shoes, including those tailored for foot issues. Since then, she have opened five stores around Sweden and have several retailers.
Problem
The demand for high-quality, stylish shoes is significant, and on Cinnamon's social media , the ratings and customer satisfaction are consistently high.
Unfortunately, Cinnamon's vision, values, and customer satisfaction are not reflected on their website today. The graphic identity is outdated, and the website's navigation and structure make it challenging for customers to navigate. This ruins the sense of security that customers feel when making purchases in the store and the customer satisfaction disappear on their website.
Solution
It is Cinnamon's values and vision, but also their customers, the people wearing their shoes, that we have chosen to focus on in this project. We created a more secure and user-friendly e-commerce platform that can inspire more people to purchase quality footwear.
We created a new graphic expression with a new logotype, fonts, color scheme, and image style that will endure over time. The new website features simplified navigation and clearer hierarchies, making it easier and more secure for customers to complete their purchases.
